2007 Downtown Living Weekend
March 10-11

Downtown is growing quickly, with almost 30,000 residents and another 14,000 anticipated over the next two years. The Downtown Living Tour, hosted by the Downtown Center Business Improvement District, gives prospective home buyers a first hand look at the growing communities, residences and retail that are supporting this new downtown living.

This event is slated to preview sixteen different living opportunities, including both "for sale" condos and rentals, throughout downtown. From conversions of historic office buildings into loft-style apartments and condos, to the new-construction high-rise luxury condominiums at South.

The South Sales Center is one of the most popular stops on the tour, as it features the only new-construction high-rise residences currently available in downtown. Here, you can view scale building models and full-size interior vignettes, expressing the advanced exterior and interior designs of the South buildings. 

The downtown tour also provides a look at the endless list of restaurants, museums, shopping and entertainment that are making downtown the hottest new place to live in LA.
