LOS ANGELES - October 27, 2005 - Evo, the third of The South Group's triad of South Park condominium projects - the first new ground-up residential buildings in downtown Los Angeles in 20 years - has broken ground, and is set for completion late 2007.
The elegant urban condos will be located at 1050 S. Grand Street, and along with The South Group's Elleven and Luma, form the first phase of South Park's new "South" community. Elleven and Luma sold out within hours of their release and demonstrate the demand and popularity of new downtown development.
